About the role
  • Completing standard and complex change management assessments.
  • Managing change/release activities on IPT infrastructure.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Integrating change management activities into project plans.
  • Initiating Change Advisory Board meetings to validate and approve changes/releases.
  • Coordinating between different teams involved in change implementation.
  • Updating Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to reflect the implemented changes.
  • Compiling all changes into a comprehensive Forward Schedule of Changes for CAB review.
  • Conducting lessons learned/after-action reviews related to change effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Compiling monthly completed change reports demonstrating agreed KPIs.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for change management desk and change-related issues.
  • Provide on-call support for critical changes, emergency changes, and after-hours escalations.
  • Collaborate with incident management team for changes causing incidents or service degradation.
  • Ensure timely decision-making, risk communication, and stakeholder alignment emergency changes.
  • Establish and maintain a change management knowledge base for team onboarding and documentation including Process documentation, technical procedures, standard change templates, Lessons learned, and Change evaluation reports.
  • Interlock with consultancy and expert teams for any upskilling or reskilling required technical programs to have info and cascade to the team.
  • Lead communication in complex situations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake any other reasonable task assigned by management.

About you

Skills Required:



  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  2. Proficiency in understanding complex customer infrastructure and a strong grasp of services provided by Orange Business
  3. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  5. Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet SLAs and deadlines effectively
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
  1. CCNA certification is considered advantageous
  2. CCNP Collaboration certification is a plus
  3. Familiarity with ITIL Foundation principles is beneficial
