The CCTV - Ticketing Agent will be the central point of contact for all CCTV systems management, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and availability of our surveillance infrastructure to support investigations and daily operations.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Responsible for taking care of CCTVs requests from investigation team
  • Reporting any down cameras to operations and agency responsible for bosta cameras
  • Responsible for accurate timings for CCTV extraction based on scanning action 
  • Monthly hubs visits to check cameras location 
  • Responsible for cameras naming based on hubs layout 
  • Incase of any layout changes - responsible for reporting to hub manager and head of ops

  • Knowledge of complaint management principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
