is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead the Urology/Andrology unit.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, strengthening market presence, and building strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the business strategy for the Urology/Andrology unit in alignment with company objectives.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance on a regular basis.
Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Urologists, Andrologists, and Key Opinion Leaders.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and scientific activities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage the unit’s budget and P&L.
Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Ensure effective territory coverage and optimal resource allocation.
Manage relationships with distributors and external partners when applicable.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Urology or Andrology is a must.
Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and market understanding.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
