Work Conditions Full-Time Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Remote work model Job Purpose We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with fire protection contractors, engineering firms, BIM consultants, and construction companies.
The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting MicroBIM Fire software solutions in local and international markets.
Role Overview The Business Development & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for MicroBIM’s services and solutions.
This role requires a combination of business development, consultative sales, relationship management, and technical understanding of BIM and engineering-related solutions.
The ideal candidate should be capable of building long-term client relationships, positioning technical solutions effectively, and contributing directly to the company’s commercial growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities within BIM, construction technology, MEP, and fire protection sectors Build strategic partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and technical stakeholders Expand company market reach and support commercial growth initiatives Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities Sales Management & Commercial Growth Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Conduct online and onsite meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with prospective clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Consultative & Technical Selling Understand client operational challenges and position suitable BIM and digital solutions Present technical software solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with internal technical teams to align solutions with client requirements Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensure professional follow-up and continuous client engagement Identify account growth and upselling opportunities Reporting & Commercial Operations Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales tracking Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports Monitor pipeline progress and conversion performance Competitive Salary Package Social Insurance Medical Insurance Flexible Remote Work Environment Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing and innovative company Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales Previous experience in SaaS, BIM, construction technology, engineering software, or related industries is highly preferred Experience in consultative or solution-based B2B sales Experience handling medium-to-long sales cycles and enterprise/professional clients Technical & Industry Knowledge Understanding of BIM workflows, construction technology, MEP, or fire protection industries is a strong plus Experience with Autodesk Revit or BIM-related tools is preferred Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Skills & Competencies Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong consultative selling mindset Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills High ownership and accountability Fluent Arabic & English (Written & Spoken)
