We work very closely with Microsoft Product Engineering teams across a wide variety of technologies to make sure we bring the latest innovations to our customers.

TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst D365 CRM, working in our Development Centre of Excellence in Cairo, Egypt.

Job Purpose: As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project delivery teams, and other business units to understand, define and document complex requirements and business processes. improving customer relationships by effectively managing and leveraging CRM systems.
Role Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Strong expertise in preparing, co-ordinating and running customer-facing workshops, capturing requirements, stakeholders' feedback and defining business processes.

  • Excellent skills in designing business processes and documenting requirements, processes (As-Is and To-Be), features and business needs.

  • Working experience in Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban environment.

  • Engaging with key stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify key pain points to overcome as well as defining quick wins where possible.

  • Clearly convey well-defined business requirements to delivery teams and effectively communicate business processes and needs to ensure successful business outcomes.

  • Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds.

  • Managing requirements and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective scope control and ensuring solution compliance to business objectives.

  • Capable of demoing Technology solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups.

  • Lead pre-sales activities and discovery and deliver demos and POCs.

  • Develop technical proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), clearly defining scope, assumptions, exclusions, and delivery milestones.

  • Collaborate with solution architects and development team on solution design, and estimations.

  • Own and maintain requirement backlog, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritisation.

  • Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and securing business sign-off.

  • Conduct and deliver training, including training materials, live sessions, and handover documentation.

  • Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and our custom-built solution iProperty Cloud.

Other Essential Skills:
  • Ability to understand our business, our technology, products and market approaches is an essential part of this role.

  • Role requires an exceptionally organised individual, able to work on their own initiative without detailed guidance.

  • Hard working and quick turn-around of tasks is also essential in our highly demanding and fast paced work environment.

  • Excellent Technical and IT skills including the ability to learn new Technologies and demo our Technology solutions to customers.

  • Experience in Property and Housing Industry is highly desirable.
