Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
Experience using CRM tools and working with data to manage pipelines and performance.
