Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire school.

TECH’s educational vision, drives performance, and builds strong industry partnerships to deliver a world-class vocational education experience.
Define and execute the school’s strategic direction in alignment with B.
TECH’s transformation goals.
Lead the hiring of key roles: Teachers, HODs, Quality Supervisor – Int.
Verifier. Oversee the development and implementation of performance and recruitment systems.
Establish and sustain the VTEC model with strong industry engagement and sustainability.
Build and maintain solid industrial partnerships to support student employability and curriculum relevance.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and drive digital transformation through school systems.
Collaborate with the School Counselor and Industry Liaison to support student career pathways and well-being.
Supervise the Academic and Administration Managers.
Ensure cross-functional coordination across academic, administrative, and student affairs.
Monitor school-wide performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications in school leadership, vocational education, or strategic management are a plus.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in vocational or technical education.
Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale school operations.
Experience in building industry partnerships and implementing performance systems
