The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency across all aspects of the restaurant.


Job location: Saudi Arabia


Key Accountabilities
  • Support the management of daily branch operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, food quality, and service standards.
  • Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the branch team to maintain a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor daily sales, operational KPIs, stock levels, and service performance, and report areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Restaurant / Branch Manager, corporate support teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle customer feedback and support in resolving issues promptly to maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand policies, promotional activities, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support team meetings, training sessions, shift planning, and performance follow-up to ensure continuous team development.
  • Act as the branch leader in the absence of the Restaurant / Branch Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration , or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in restaurant or fast-food operations, with previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Experience in fast-food chains is required; experience with fried chicken brands is a plus.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proactive approach and ability to support operational results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
