You will manage a team of application support engineers, ensure application stability, and use your C#/.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the application technical support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents, including integrations with payment gateways and third-party services.
Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.
Analyze system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in application support.

Requirements: 6+ years of technical support experience in the banking industry .
Proven expertise with 3rd party integrations and payment gateways .
Strong C# programming experience , including: ASP.
NET & ASP.
NET Core .NET Framework & .
NET 6/7+ Entity Framework / EF Core Web API / RESTful Services LINQ ADO.
NET Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React) are a plus .
Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading or mentoring teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
