As the company continues scaling, they are focused on becoming more AI-native across teams and workflows and are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to lead that initiative by building practical, scalable AI systems that improve efficiency and execution across the business.

The AI Implementation Specialist will lead the adoption, implementation, and ongoing evolution of AI across the organization. This role is focused on building and owning the company’s AI function from the ground up, identifying opportunities where AI can improve workflows, output, and operational efficiency across teams.
The ideal candidate combines systems thinking with hands-on execution and is comfortable operating in an environment without a fully defined roadmap. This person will help the company move faster, scale more effectively, and implement practical AI solutions tied to real business outcomes.
Establish and own the company’s approach to AI adoption across departments.
Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve workflows, efficiency, and output.
Build and prioritize an AI roadmap based on business needs and operational impact.
Serve as the internal owner for all AI-related initiatives across the organization.
Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve execution speed.
Translate existing processes into scalable and repeatable systems supported by AI and automation.
Ensure workflows are practical, reliable, and integrated into daily operations.
Continuously refine systems based on performance data and team feedback.
Partner with ecommerce, growth marketing, and operations teams to identify operational improvement opportunities.
Support AI use cases across ecommerce optimization, marketing workflows, reporting, documentation, task automation, and process efficiency.
Help teams improve speed and output without increasing complexity or sacrificing quality.
Evaluate current tools, workflows, and systems across the business to identify opportunities for improvement.
Recommend, implement, or replace tools based on efficiency, scalability, and operational value.
Stay current on emerging AI and automation technologies while applying them selectively and strategically.
Avoid unnecessary tool complexity by focusing on scalable and maintainable systems.
Build SOPs, playbooks, and documentation for AI workflows and systems.
Train internal teams on how to effectively use AI tools within their roles.
Ensure AI adoption is practical, consistent, and embedded into day-to-day workflows.
Act as an internal resource for teams integrating AI into their operations.
Monitor and maintain AI workflows to ensure ongoing effectiveness and reliability.
Troubleshoot workflow issues and refine systems as tools evolve.
Continuously identify new opportunities to expand AI use cases across the organization.
Help the company remain adaptive as the AI landscape evolves.
3+ years of experience in automation, systems, operations, technical project management, or AI implementation roles.
Experience applying AI tools within a business environment.
Experience building workflows or systems that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Experience within ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or growth-focused environments is strongly preferred.
Strong systems-thinking ability with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical, scalable workflows.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure from the ground up.
Strong problem-solving mindset focused on business outcomes and operational impact.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-technical teams.
Highly proactive, adaptable, and curious within fast-changing environments.
Comfortable evaluating and implementing modern AI, automation, integration, and workflow management tools.
Strong judgment in determining which tools create operational value versus unnecessary complexity.
