We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Accountant to manage daily administrative tasks and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
  • Manage daily office administrative operations.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain organized records and company files.

Accounting Duties:
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Issuing financial reports and expense tracking.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:
