This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Beirut. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage journal entries, and ensure the accuracy of fixed assets and financial data. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with financial regulations, conducting robust financial reporting, supervising day-to-day accounting operations, and collaborating with teams to support the company's financial objectives.
· Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in accordance with established timelines.
· Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards.
· Ensure the integrity of financial data through robust internal controls and reconciliation processes.
· Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and accountability.
· Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
· Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
· Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
· Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
· Coordinate VAT and Annual Income Tax filing with the auditors

Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum 5-8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience in a Supervisory role
· Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
· Advance knowledge of Microsoft 365
· Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar platforms).
· Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Knowledge of Egyptian, UAE and KSA VAT and Income Tax filing.
· Professional knowledge of English and Arabic. French is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as CMA is highly desirable.
