Job OverviewAs an Accountant at Seena, you will play a key role in supporting the finance and accounting operations of the company. You'll assist in recording financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy in all financial processes.
Job Description- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all entries are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with payroll calculations and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when needed.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English
