As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong partnership network in the CIS region. You will focus on the acquisition and development of Introducing Brokers (IB), affiliates, and strategic partners, actively driving sales activities and generating trading volume through new and existing partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the partnership network in the CIS region
- Attract and onboard new partners, including:
- Introducing Brokers (IB)
- Affiliate partners
- Trading communities and academies
- Signal providers and trading educators
- Drive active sales efforts to attract new partners and clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure their growth
- Support partners in client acquisition and trading activity
- Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements
- Monitor partner performance, including trading volumes, deposits, and client activity
- Work with the marketing, dealing, affiliate, and CRM teams to launch regional partner campaigns and promotions
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities when applicable
- Provide regular reports on partner activity and regional performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry
- Strong understanding of IB and affiliate partnership models
- Experience in sales and partner acquisition
- Experience working with MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 ecosystems
- Experience negotiating commission structures and partnership agreements
- Experience using CRM systems and partner tracking tools
- Ability to analyze partner performance and trading activity
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Sales-driven mindset with strong business development skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive regional growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Candidates with an existing network of partners, IBs, or their own client base within the Forex / CFD industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Languages: fluent in Russian (required), professional working proficiency in English. Any additional CIS language will be considered an advantage
