Established in 1974 in Mumbai by Founder & Chairman Mr. Manohar Lahori, Palmon Group has grown into one of the longest-standing and most respected companies in Jafza, since relocating its head office to Dubai in 1985. Leveraging deep knowledge of the Middle East and industry-specific expertise, Palmon Group has spent the past 40 years earning numerous awards, recognition, and certificates of appreciation for its significant contributions to the UAE’s manufacturing sector.

Fueling great trade links internationally.

The turning point came in 1984 when Mr. Manohar Lahori met with H.E. Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem during a stopover in Dubai. Inspired by the vision of the late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Mr. Lahori decided to expand his clothing manufacturing operations into the UAE. This decision aligned with Sheikh Rashid’s directive to launch companies around the Jebel Ali harbor, now known as Jafza, to strengthen global trade links.

From strength to strength.

Since establishing Palmon Group in Dubai, the company has gone from strength to strength. Mr. Lahori has received numerous accolades, including recognition on the Forbes List of Top Indian Leaders in the Arab World, Arabian Business Top Leaders, the Indian Power List, and as one of the Top Indian Businessmen in the GCC. Today, the group has diversified its interests far beyond its original core business, specializing in asset management with a focus on logistics and warehousing, alongside its other ventures.
