We are seeking a strategic, technically-savvy, and execution-focused AI Transformation Lead to spearhead the rollout of AI tools and systems across our organisation. Role Overview

As the AI Transformation Lead, you will sit at the intersection of AI, operations, and business strategy. Your role will be to identify, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions across departments—including sales, finance, HR, marketing, product design, and customer service.

You’ll act as the bridge between technical capability and commercial need, working closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to deliver tangible improvements in efficiency, automation, decision-making, and customer experience.
