Offer Industrialization Manager

Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the company

This is a senior position responsible for leading China industrialization team (Xiamen) for Medium Voltage business in Global & China for China OCPprojects (PMP, PEP, OTM, Transfer) for different MV Leagues (GIS, AIS, Component & bricks, Digital, etc.).

Define and implement supply chain/industrialization/manufacturing strategy (short term / long term).

Guide the team in innovative and professional process (standardization, procedure, process improvement).

Continuously driving industrialization team to achieve KPI from good to excellent (product cost, project Capex & Expense, TTM, Efficiency).

Directly leading the Offer Industrialization leader team in Xiamen to achieve solid project target.

Dotted line leading all the industrialization functions including quality, tooling, assembly, equipment and costing working for Xiamen projects from other industrialization department.

Put in place right organization, manage team competency/skill mapping.

Management department budget, HC, workload.

Setup excellent networking with GSC in Xiamen area with strong collaborations.

1.Required skills & knowledge for the position:

·More than 10 years industrialization experience or new product introduction experience

·More than 3 years manager position experience

·Strong communication in both written and verbal English

·Excellent presentation skills

·Problem solver, and strong influence and negotiation skill

·In-depth project management skills

·Strong knowledge in process quality control

·Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes design

·Knowledge in complicated non-standard equipment design

·Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, initiative

2.Required Educational Background & Professional Experience:

·Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electricity or Automation Engineering

·Good experiences in PMP, Agile or other equivalent project management process

·Good experience in quality tools: 6 sigma, FMEA, SPC, MAS, GR&R, Cp/Cpk, etc…

·Good English level in oral and written
