Your role You will Yearly make the related action plan according to the management goal of dealers. Participate in the process of signing the sales agreement with dealers and supervise the implement. Participate in the dealers’ daily sales work and help them reach the sales goal with customers. Visit dealers regularly and know the status of the service and sales in time. Help dealers make related action plan. According to the “agreement of dealer parts and service sales”, supervise dealers to achieve the goal and give advice on rewards and punishments and make the related improvement measures. Participate in and supervise the execution of authorized service dealer’s batch delivery and propose suggestion. Participate in communication with dealers and handle complaints and conflicts. Regularly arrange the training for dealers. Supervise the illegal behavior of dealers then suggest and execute the punishment. According to the credit rating and limit of dealers, follow up the condition of dealers’ receivables. Coordinate the cooperation of interregional dealers. More than 2 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company. Good computer skills including Microsoft series. Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
