We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented APAC Business Process Manager to join our APAC Ops COE team, with a core mandate to accelerate process automation, strengthen governance frameworks, and elevate operational excellence across APAC operations. This role will own the end-to-end identification, initiation, and delivery of high-impact automation initiatives, targeting manual workflow reduction, process standardization, and efficiency gains—while collaborating closely with Ops stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate brings deep experience from top-tier internet companies, with a proven track record in leveraging Power automate and other automation tools to drive process transformation, as well as leading cross-team initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

 

What you’ll do

• Lead the development and execution of APAC regional process automation strategy, aligning with the overall operational performance goals.
• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities in business processes, focusing on reducing manual workflows, improving process accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency for the APAC operations delivery teams.
• Champion the adoption and application of Microsoft-built automation tools, AI capabilities, and Power BI to streamline processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support process governance.
• Initiate, lead, and manage cross-functional projects involving BP, BPM, Data Analysts, and other relevant teams, driving collaboration to deliver automation solutions on time and within scope.
• Monitor the performance of automated processes, analyze data (via Power BI and other analytics tools) to identify optimization opportunities, and continuously enhance automation effectiveness and governance.
• Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices, promote a culture of process innovation, and drive organizational adoption of automation and AI tools.

 

Who you are -

• 5+ years of relevant experience with AI and automation tools in process automation, process governance, or related roles, with a preference for candidates from top internet companies
• Proven track record of initiating and leading cross-team projects, successfully delivering process automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Extensive experience in leveraging Microsoft automation tools and Power BI for data visualization, analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience working with Business Process Managers and Data Analysts, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate automation strategies, project progress, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
