If you enjoy keeping operations organized, solving problems, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, this opportunity offers a meaningful role in a fast-paced supply chain environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important part in planning daily shipping activities, coordinating transportation, and working with multiple teams to ensure orders move efficiently from the warehouse to customers. This position is based on-site in a manufacturing and office environment, where you will collaborate closely with warehouse, customer service, planning, inventory, and operations teams.


What you'll do:


  • Plan and coordinate daily outbound shipments to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
  • Review open orders, future orders, and inventory availability to identify and resolve potential shipping issues before they impact customers.
  • Build, route, and consolidate shipments to improve transportation efficiency while controlling freight costs.
  • Verify shipment accuracy, approve freight invoices, prepare shipping documentation, and generate customs paperwork when required.
  • Communicate with customer service, warehouse, planning, and transportation partners to manage order changes, shipping priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor shipping activity throughout the day to ensure all orders are progressing through the fulfillment process and recorded accurately in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and assist shipping and receiving operations as needed.

What you'll bring:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Postsecondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in shipping, transportation, logistics, or traffic coordination within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, freight carriers, and transportation methods is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems and proficiency with computer applications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
  • A commitment to accuracy, customer service, and continuous process improvement.

The hourly wage for this position is $25.00 CAD. Pay is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
