As an agent, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries and closing sales for remote freelance positions with Canadian companies. You will engage with both leads and clients to ensure a seamless service experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about available remote positions.
Qualify and convert leads into successful sales.
Coordinate with our recruitment and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
Use CRM tools to track leads and follow-up on prospects.
Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets.

Fluent in French (required)
Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C) and customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
