Concierge Security Guard

As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Hourly wage $22.66
• We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy
• This is a rotation based shifts - one week on and one week off

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Monitor CCTV systems 
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Assist with after-hours check-ins 
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Assist with room lockouts 
• Issue luggage room tags and maintain logs 

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification - required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
