Role Overview


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner with German to join Bull. In this role, you will be at the heart of our recruitment ecosystem, connecting people, strategy, and business growth. You will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, future‑focused talent solutions in a complex and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand critical priorities, future talent needs, and ensure alignment between business objectives and recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a strategic, consultative business partner, advising stakeholders on hiring decisions and market realities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a defined scope of roles, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and pre‑onboarding, ensuring quality and speed of delivery.
  • Partner with HR, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, and Employer Branding to support internal mobility, local hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proactively focus on niche and future‑critical technical profiles, anticipating demand linked to bids, projects, and business evolution.
  • Conduct local market analysis, including salary benchmarks, competitor intelligence, identification of company closures, and monitoring local skill availability.
  • Perform real head‑hunting activities through local networks, events, referrals, and professional communities.
  • Work with the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful recruitment metrics (e.g. time‑to‑fill, offer‑to‑join ratio, pipeline health).
  • Promote best practices, maintain high‑quality reporting, and support continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Senior recruitment professional experience, with end‑to‑end ownership of complex hiring processes.
  • Strong experience in sourcing, including proactive search and head‑hunting of niche and scarce profiles.
  • Solid experience in interviewing and candidate assessment, ensuring quality and business fit.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to advise, influence, and challenge business leaders at all levels in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Hands‑on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and meaningful recruitment metrics.
  • Solid experience in recruitment and project management
  • Solid experience using MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
  • Experience operating in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment, demonstrating agility and resilience.
  • Strong problem‑solving experience, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple perspectives.
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
