Role Overview

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to support the accuracy, consistency, and governance of SAP Material Master Datawithin global Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
The role also contributes to Vendor Master Data activities, ensuring smooth operations and data reliability across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update Material Master Data in SAP in line with defined governance standardsEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, performing regular validations and corrections
  
• Support operational processes by maintaining Bill of Materials (BoM), Purchase Info Records, and related master data objects
  
• Maintain master data structures and classifications in line with established standardsHandle and process master data requests in a timely and structured manner
  
• Contribute to data quality improvements and ongoing process optimization initiatives
  
• Support Vendor Master Data activities, including data updates and alignment tasksCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT)
  
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to data governance policies and procedures.
  

Requirements

• Experience working with SAP Master Data (Material Master Data preferred)
  
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Ability to manage high volumes of data/tasks efficiently
  
• Good understanding of Supply Chain / Procurement processes is a plus
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Vendor Master Data and data quality activities (validation/cleansing)
  
• Familiarity with ticketing tools / structured request handling; advanced Excel skills.
