Key Responsibilities:
Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements.
Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs.
Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing CLoud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions.
Client Engagement:
Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
Technical Expertise:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development.
Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization
Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs.
Client Focus:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both internal teams and external clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements effectively.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant,Marketing Cloud Personalization...).
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
