In this role, you will be the bridge between gaming platforms and the Brazilian advertising market. You will drive revenue by showing brands how to authentically connect with Brazil's massive community of gamers. Main Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Identify and secure high-impact business opportunities within the Brazilian market, focusing on our partner platforms' advertising solutions.
Gaming Education: Educate brands and agencies on the power of Mobile Gaming as premium media channels.
Strategic Consulting: Build deep relationships with C-level stakeholders at major agencies and brands, helping them navigate the gaming landscape.
Authentic Storytelling: Create persuasive sales presentations that translate gaming metrics and "gamer culture" into compelling business growth stories with a great value proposition.
Campaign Excellence: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, providing a top-tier service experience for our partners.
Industry Leadership: Represent Aleph at key industry events, positioning us as the go-to partner for gaming and digital innovation in Brazil.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales (Gaming and media entertainment platforms).
Gamer DNA: You don't just know about gaming; you are a gamer. You have a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and what makes the community tick.
Mobile & Streaming Expert: Solid knowledge of the mobile gaming ecosystem (the primary screen for Brazilian gamers) and live-streaming platforms.
Local Network: A robust portfolio of existing relationships with key decision-makers in the brazilian advertising industry.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
On-site Presence: Ability to work from our offices in Sao Paulo.
Education: BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep Gaming Knowledge: You know the landscape, the platforms, and the mechanics.
Performance Savvy: Experience with self-serve platforms, or auction dynamics.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that prove the ROI of gaming environments.
Creative Strategist: An "outside-the-box" thinker who can design non-traditional solutions that feel natural to a gaming audience.
