Ramadan is just around the corner. As we have previously shared with you tips on maintaining productivity levels during Ramadan, we are going to discuss a few more information about job searching and career planning during Ramadan. Bayt.com conducted a poll with over 9,000 professionals in the MENA region on how they deal with the month of Ramadan.

You may be surprised with the results we found! 79.1% of MENA professionals tend to spend more time to look for a job during Ramadan. On the contrary of what you may think, professionals in the region take advantage of the extra time they have during the month to maintain productivity. More than 89% of respondents said that Ramadan improves their professional relationships.

Last year during the month of Ramadan thousands of jobs were posted on Bayt.com. The hiring process doesn’t stop or slow down. Take this chance of shorter working hours and stay productive this Ramadan.

Watch this episode of Career Talks with Hatem Hannoun below to reveal more findings of the recent poll and learn how to stay productive during the month! And from all of us at Bayt, we wish you a Ramadan Kareem.
