It is certainly a wonderful feeling to receive a job offer. After your hard work and many hours of optimizing your CV, sending customized cover letters, applying for relevant jobs, and being assessed and interviewed, you have finally achieved your objective as a job seeker and have been offered to join a company or an organization you’ve been interested in.
But hang on a second, just because you have a job offer doesn’t mean you must accept it and join the company right away. In fact, now that you’ve been invited to join, the ball is in your field. You have the right to examine the offer, think about the different elements it includes, and assess whether or not this is the right career choice for you.
To help you do that, Hatem Hannoun from Bayt.com is here with another episode of Career Talk. This time, Hatem will walk you through some of the elements you need to consider and assess before you accept or reject a job offer.
Watch the video and let us know what you think in the comments below. Are there any other items you would consider before joining a company? What’s a deal breaker for you?
