Now, Bayt.com, is set to attract even more job seeker interest and buzz with the launch of its innovative "Bayt Works for ME!" contest. Through July12, job seekers who have been hired through Bayt.com can submit their success story to Bayt for the chance to win $1,000 USD. Bayt users will choose the winner of the best success story through four rounds of voting. All voting will be done online through the Bayt.com site.

Job seekers, who have been hired by an employer through Bayt.com, can submit their success story online from June22 through July12. After the story submission period is over, Bayt will select the top three success stories from each week and post these on the site's "Job Seeker Success Stories" page. Beginning July14, three rounds of voting will follow, whereby Bayt users will be able to vote online for the best success story from each week. The winning story from each voting round (a total of three final candidates, one from each week of the submission period) will be a candidate for the final round of voting and a chance to win $1,000 USD.

While submission of success stories is limited to job seekers who have been hired through Bayt.com, voting is open to anyone registered on Bayt.com. The guidelines for choosing the best success story are simple: The best success story brings to life Bayt's Lifestyle Engineering" principle - how finding the right job through Bayt helped a job seeker start building his lifestyle of choice.

The winner of the grand prize will win a cash prize of $1,000 USD, have his story and photograph featured on Bayt.com, and be included in other high profile promotional activities. Finalists from each week will be featured in the Bayt Success Story Hall of Fame on Bayt.com.
