According to our latest Bayt.com MENA Jobs Index Survey, 28% of MENA employers assert they will be “definitely” recruiting in the next 3 months and 25% say they will be “probably” recruiting. Over a 12 month period, 30% claim they will be “definitely” recruiting and 36% assert they will be “probably” recruiting. Expect to find more jobs in Dubai, jobs in Qatar and jobs in KSA. What is our advice to regional professionals as the pace of recruitment picks up even more towards end of year? 1. Make sure your online CV is up to date, complete and rich with keywords. Don’t be afraid to build a public profile. Over 50% of MENA professionals indicate that online is the preferred method of recruitment and over 57% of regional employers say they will research a candidate before they hire them.
