Bayt.com's latest infographic is created from data obtained on the Bayt.com “Nationalization in the GCC” poll. The poll survey was collected online from March 15 – May 2, with 2,213 respondents covering six GCC countries.

Highlights:

50% of GCC residents feel localization policies are effective.
45% say nationals are well supported by the government in their search for employment.
For half of the companies in the GCC, local talent makes up to at least25% of their workforce.
Local talent is perceived by some (38.9%) as more expensive.
