The Bayt.com Middle East Job Index Survey – August 2015

Some findings:

  • 65% of employers claim they will be hiring in the next3 months, either for their organization or for their clients.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English (63%) emerge as the top attribute that employers are looking for in a candidate. The ability to work under pressure (49%) and being a team player (48%) come next.
  • Data for the Bayt.com Middle East Job Index Survey was collected online between May28 and July14,2015, with a total of807 online interviews conducted with respondents from the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia and Pakistan.
