Bayt.com polled thousands of professionals throughout the MENA region to illustrate their opinions, strategies and behaviors throughout the holy month. How will Ramadan affect employees, employers and jobseekers in2018?

  • 81.7% of professionals feel more productive during the month of Ramadan.
  • 88.4% perceive Ramadan as a good time to reflect on their personal and professional goals.
  • 91.4% agree that their employers become more charitable during the holy month.
  • 91.1% believe their companies do more social and team building activities during the month.
  • 90.2% plan to find more time for job searching and applying in Ramadan.
  • Data for the2018 Bayt.com ‘Ramadan in the Middle East and North Africa’ poll was collected online from March03,2018, to April11,2018. Results are based on a sample of9,149 respondents. Countries that participated are the UAE, Algeria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Others.
