Atos is seeking a forward-thinking Consulting Industry Partner to lead strategic engagements within the European Union. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines deep customer knowledge with a strong understanding of IT-led business transformation. You will partner with clients to define, design, and deliver end-to-end advisory services that unlock value through large-scale IT transformation, modernization, and innovation.

As a senior representative of Atos’ consulting capabilities, you will engage with decision-makers across the Belgian public sector and orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve business-driven outcomes. You will operate across our key Consulting domains:

• Unlocking the Value of Data & AI;
• Maximizing the Potential of Platforms and Hyperscalers;
• Driving Business Transformation.
• In addition, you will nurture executive relationships, contribute to the growth of the consulting practice, and provide thought leadership that strengthens Atos’ position in the Belgian public sector.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Act as a trusted C-suite advisor on business and digital transformation challenges within the European Union.
• Help define and evolve Atos' go-to-market approach within the EU and drive the growth ambition of consulting business
• Take the commercial lead by identifying and developing Consulting opportunities, both standalone as well as embedded in broader Atos technology landscape.
• Own Consulting Profit & Loss (Revenue and Margin) on dedicated accounts.
• Lead strategic account planning and transformation roadmaps aligned with clients’ business and technology objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and disruptive forces in the EU context.
• Sharing best practices and Consulting standards with broader Consulting community.
• Collaborate closely with Atos Growth organization and Client Executive Partners.
• Responsibility of engaging with industry partners to collaboratively achieve the best outcome for EU clients.

Requirements

• A completed academic bachelor’s or masters degree in relevant field (Informatics, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Economics etc.)
• Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in management or technology consulting, with a focus on Industry Consulting, Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation and a strong understanding of technology trends (Consulting firm experiences in big four is a plus)
• Strong understanding of domains such as:
  • Process Excellence, Data & AI, Regulations and Business Transformation
• Deep commercial awareness and client orientation
• Proven ability to influence and build trust at C-level, particularly COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business transformation leads
• A collaborative leadership style that brings together diverse stakeholders, from strategy through delivery
• Existing client network within the European Union

Skills and Competencies

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to analyze data, uncover root causes and recommend pragmatic roadmaps
• Entrepreneurial drive: self-starter, adaptable and comfortable driving change in unique environments
• Fluency in both Dutch and English; French is a plus
