Job description

About the job Social Media Manager

Our client, the Institute of Metacognitive Programming (IMCP), is seeking a highly skilled, fully immersive Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the voice of its brand across multiple digital platforms. This is a full-time remote position for someone who lives and breathes social media, deeply understands brand voice, and can create content that engages, educates, and inspires.

About the company
The Institute of Metacognitive Programming delivers training and certification in Metacognitive Programming, a coaching and leadership methodology designed to shift internal thought-emotional patterns and enable sustainable personal and professional transformation. IMCPs vision is to scale this methodology globally, helping professionals, coaches, and leaders achieve meaningful change through approaches grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy.

As IMCP expands its digital presence—online courses, certifications, group coaching, subscriptions, and other educational offerings—exceptional, resonant social media content is critical for audience engagement, growth, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow IMCPs social media accounts, including Instagram, Telegram, Threads, VK, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Deeply understand and internalize the brand voice, rhythm, and visual style, posting content that is consistent with IMCPs values and tone.
  • Create and schedule posts accurately and on time, ensuring precise alignment with the brands messaging.
  • Adapt content for various platforms, maintaining engagement and relevance while respecting each platforms mechanics and audience behavior.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, retention, and organic growth.
  • Track trends in Reels, sounds, formats, and platform mechanics, applying them strategically and thoughtfully—without following hype for its own sake.
  • Manage audience interactions, including comments and direct messages, with professionalism and authenticity, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product, context, and underlying meanings.
  • Listen to the audience, identify what resonates, detect spikes in reach or engagement, and propose informed solutions to maximize impact.
  • Focus on measurable results: driving organic growth, retention, engagement, loyalty, and lead generation according to strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (minimum 2 years) with a portfolio of accounts and campaigns managed.
  • Fluent Russian - necessary to maintain the brand voice, respond to audience comments and messages, and manage content across Russian-language social media platforms.
  • Excellent written communication, grammatical precision, and a refined visual sense.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, organic growth mechanics, and content psychology.
  • Ability to adapt and emulate an author or brand voice while preserving meaning and nuance.
  • Analytical mindset: not just reporting metrics, but interpreting audience behavior and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of content psychology: knowing not just what to post, but why it will resonate.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in problem-solving and content strategy.

Our Benefits

  • Work for a globally recognized and fast-growing coaching and training organization.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling.
  • High ownership and influence over IMCPs social media strategy and execution.
  • Collaborative, learning-oriented team environment.
  • Opportunity to shape the voice of a thought-leadership brand at a global scale.
