Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders
- Prepare and assemble food items (salads, bowls, sandwiches) as per our quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all workstations
- Handle POS (point of sale) system and process payments
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work as part of a team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable service experience
- Support in restocking, prepping, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food & beverage industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
