Job description

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, clarify specifications, and negotiate pricing and terms under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including vendor databases, contracts, and purchase histories.
  • Support the evaluation of suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance with security standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stock shortages.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal audits and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement protocols, especially those related to confidentiality and national security standards.
