We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer – Electrical to join our team and take charge of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical equipment and infrastructure. Role & Responsibilities
Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the oil and gas (onshore/offshore) or refinery or petrochemical chemical Industry.
Experience in planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, Turnarounds, and shutdowns
Proven expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical systems in hazardous areas.
Hands-on experience with:
Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for scheduling, planning, and tracking maintenance activities.
Experience in generating and analyzing maintenance reports using SAP.
Familiarity with reviewing electrical design drawings, specifications, and standards.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards in oil and gas (e.g., HSE regulations).
Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing electrical safety programs.
Transformers, switchgear, and circuit breakers.
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and UPS systems.
Generators, motors, and lighting systems.
Electrical systems in hazardous areas compliant with ATEX/IECEx standards.
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
