  • Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Escorting guests to their tables and ensuring they are comfortable
  • Providing menu recommendations and taking food and beverage orders
  • Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the hostess area
  • Adhering to company standards and policies


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and grooming that aligns with hospitality standards
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Desired Experience

  • Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
