Euro Motors is seeking a dedicated and proficient Application Specialist (KeyLoop-Autoline) to join our team. Based in our Sitra, Bahrain office, this full-time position is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious organisation with a strong foundation and a global vision. The successful candidate will be the primary expert for our KeyLoop Dealer Management System (DMS), playing a critical role in the support, maintenance, and optimisation of this business-critical application within our automotive division. You will ensure the seamless operation of our systems, providing vital support to users and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot the dealer management system KeyLoop (Autoline Drive)
Provide technical support to users of the dealer management system.
Ensure the security and availability of the dealer management system.
Develop and implement system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
Work with other IT staff to integrate the dealer management system with other systems.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in dealer management software.
Set up and maintain user accounts.
Troubleshoot problems with the system.
Work with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
Develop Reports required by users, executives.
Perform terminal setup and maintain Dealer Management System Documentations.
Provide assistance for month closing to end users.
Qualifications
Proven 5-7 years of experience in KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management System.
Essential, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management Systems.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered.
A strong understanding of core business processes within the automotive retail industry, including sales, after-sales, parts, and service departments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
