Our First Officers play a key role in supporting safe, disciplined and efficient flight operations, while contributing to a strong cockpit culture.
With our first internal Command upgrade recently completed, we are committed to developing talent from within and offering clear progression pathways as our fleet and network expand.
We are currently recruiting A320 First Officers for base opportunities in: Dubai, UAE (DWC) Malé, Maldives (MLE) Bahrain (BAH) Responsibilities Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Monitor the aircraft's systems and performance during all phases of flight.
Help plan flight routes, considering weather, fuel requirements, and air traffic control.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including flight operation manuals, checklists, and procedures set forth by Beond and the regulatory authorities.
Perform pre-flight checks and briefings, and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
Assist with the preparation of detailed flight plans, taking into account aircraft performance and weather.
Maintain communication with the Captain and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
* Travel benefit represents an estimated monthly equivalent.
Actual annual entitlement varies depending on operating base and home location.
Estimated packages are based on 450 hours productivity.
