Citi’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week program dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of Citi's Corporate Advisory business through hands-on experience:
Extensive training program to gain the fundamental skills of a Summer Analyst role
Assignments equivalent to full-time responsibilities
You will develop the core skills required of a full-time analyst and gain direct exposure on deals and transactions
Top performing Summer Analysts will be hired to join the following year’s Graduate Analyst Program in 2028.

You're a penultimate or final year student with strong academic achievement in a wide variety of disciplines.

You have demonstrated strong leadership; teamwork; and communication skills
Passionate about finance and have a genuine interest to learn
Enthusiasm for contributing to the Citi community; through teamwork; leadership; and mentoring

Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas to implement innovative strategies.
