Be part of Interpath’s integration program, structure the integration plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure operational objectives are achieved, while supervising and developing junior PMOs/project coordinators!
Key Responsibilities: Drive the M&A Integration Master Plan: timeline, risks, dependencies, deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc.
). Identify process, tools, and organizational gaps and recommend harmonization actions.
Effectively lead and facilitate functional-level calls.
Support change management and ensure smooth communication between entities.
Supervise, coach, and upskill junior PMOs and project coordinators.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of deliverables produced by junior staff.

Confirmed experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile) are appreciated
