The Opportunity:



As a Medical Advisor, based in Algeria, you will serve as a trusted scientific expert, providing field-based and office-based medical support to help achieve our company’s strategic goals. You will build sustainable peer‑to‑peer relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and academic institutions while ensuring that all activities uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and scientific integrity.




In this role:



  • Scientific Leadership & External Engagement
  • Build strong, sustainable peer‑to‑peer relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support the medical and scientific credibility of our products.
  • Maintain regular scientific exchange with physicians and thought leaders, ensuring their needs for therapeutic knowledge and product science are met.
  • Deliver credible scientific presentations to individuals or groups, such as clinical sessions, meetings, and congress activities.
  • Attend relevant scientific congresses and conferences, providing internal summaries on emerging trends, new scientific insights, and competitive developments.
  • Medical Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all scientific activities adhere to local, national, and global laws, regulations, codes of practice, and company SOPs.
  • Support requests related to compassionate use or named patient access, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Research Support
  • Assist in initiating, monitoring, and following up on medical and clinical projects in assigned therapeutic areas (e.g., Phase IV studies, epidemiological surveys, registries, IIS projects).
  • Partner closely with investigators and internal teams to ensure clinical activities meet regulatory and scientific standards.
  • Internal Training & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Provide scientific and technical support to internal teams, including sales and marketing, enabling them to strengthen their therapeutic and product knowledge.
  • Offer scientific input to support publications, medical content, and clinical documentation.
  • Communicate relevant competitor intelligence, including product strategies, study updates, messaging, and positioning.

Expert Identification & Collaboration



  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of qualified physicians for research collaborations, speaking engagements, advisory boards, and other educational initiatives.
  • Ensure all collaborative efforts maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity.


 What We’re Looking For



  • A Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 3 years of strong performance in a medical affairs function.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and stakeholder management.
  • Strong skills in communication, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Keen interest in therapeutic area expertise and medical research.
  • Solid understanding of clinical research methodology and regulatory frameworks.High ethical standards with a strong commitment to scientific quality.
