- Manage complex employee relations topics with professional judgment and discretion
- Promote a compliant and ethical work environment, particularly within a regulated industry context
HR Operations & Execution
- Oversee and support core HR processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Ensure timely and efficient HR service delivery to the business
Profile & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering
- Strong experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated multinational environments
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience supporting field-based / commercial teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
