Strategic Business Partnering

  • Drive a high-performance culture through robust performance management practices

Organizational Effectiveness & Change
  • Support and lead change management initiatives aligned with business transformation
  • Identify organizational gaps and implement practical, scalable HR solutions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Manage complex employee relations topics with professional judgment and discretion
  • Promote a compliant and ethical work environment, particularly within a regulated industry context
HR Operations & Execution
  • Oversee and support core HR processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions

Profile & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partnering
  • Strong experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated multinational environments
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Experience supporting field-based / commercial teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
