Qualifications, Skills & Behaviors (This role is only targeting Egypt based Professionals)
· 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
· Fluent in English is Mandatory
· Multicultural Multinational mindset capable of dealing with colleagues in 140+ offices across 5 continents
· Proven track record of managing both delivery and people effectively in a recruitment firm or client side setup.
· Strong coaching mindset with demonstrated experience in mentoring or developing others.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, capable of managing both people and own delivery roles.
· Business-outcome driven with the ability to own team KPIs, appraisals, and performance tracking.
· Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ownership for end results.
· Comfortable conducting reviews, calibrations, and team target analysis (T&A).
· Growth mindset and high emotional intelligence to lead change and culture development.
