Objective:

  • Responsible for leading the company’s technical vision in capabilities, developing branded technical approaches and methodologies, building technical solutions, and demonstrating how to differentiate the products and services in the market.
Responsibilities:

  • Leading the technical team in developing innovative solutions and delivering products and services to meet market demands.
  • Structuring and organizing the product development teams to ensure the delivery of all products and projects in a high-quality, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs with proper Resource Planning and management.
  • Developing own related short-term and long-term technical roadmaps and budgets, driving execution and enabling the team to meet intended outcomes, and ensuring that resources are invested wisely.
  • Directing the company’s technical strategic direction, development, and capacity for future growth through core capabilities, solutions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Managing budget, understanding cost drivers for human capital, and creating solutions to manage productivity.
  • Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
  • Tracking and monitoring technology performance metrics.
  • Manage a team of development professionals, providing guidance, support, training, and performance feedback.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, or any related field.

+20 years of experience preferred in capital markets.

Experience in architecture software products, influencing product lines, specifications, and features.

Experience with software development models (especially Agile) is a must.

Experience in Budgeting and planning.
