Raya FMCG one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a A/R Accountant
What will you do?
• Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Verify billing data to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.
• Implement and manage an effective collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Communicate with customers to address payment-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management.
• Provide insights into trends, aging, and potential collection issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
Skills Description
What will you need?
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Oracle and sales force applications (Sales Buzz, DMS1, MSales, etc.).
• Advanced experience with MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting
