Join our Team

The Open On-Call Server Assistant supports daily Food & Beverage operations by preparing service areas, maintaining equipment, and assisting the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

What you will do:

• Prepare all necessary materials and equipment for service and ensure proper cleanliness and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and readiness of back-of-house restaurant areas.
• Support daily mise-en-place, including bread baskets, condiments, beverage stations, and service items.
• Clean and restock coffee machines, beverage fridges, and related equipment.
• Transport food from the kitchen to service areas, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
• Assist waiters during service when needed.
• Handle used and dirty materials and ensure proper transfer to relevant departments.
• Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene standards consistently.
• Handle and transport equipment carefully to prevent damage.
• Support buffet setup, breakdown, and storage operations.
• Report any accidents or operational issues immediately.
• Participate in trainings and departmental meetings.
• Follow Four Seasons service standards and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

What you bring:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is an advantage.
• Basic level of English communication skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Physical ability to carry trays, tables, chairs, and small equipment when required.
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Flexibility to work on an on-call basis depending on operational needs.
