Description and Requirements
- Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of SM sales channel programs for V Series laptops
- Ensure programs are aligned with business objectives, market trends, and partner requirements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, product, and marketing teams to drive program success
- Partner with field teams and channel partners to support execution and achieve business targets
- Channel & Partner Management
- Strengthen engagement with channel partners to drive coverage, capability, and performance
- Conduct regular MBRs and QBRs to review performance, gather feedback, and refine strategies
- Maintain business hygiene metrics such as WOI and MOP
- Business Planning & Strategy
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans to meet or exceed CA, revenue, and profitability targets
- Define market strategies and channel programs to maximize reach and effectiveness
- Product & Pricing Strategy
- Collaborate with product management to execute product strategies aligned with market opportunities
- Support pricing strategy development to balance competitiveness and profitability
- Use market insights and data to recommend pricing and positioning improvements
- Distribution & Execution Excellence
- Optimize distribution networks to ensure efficient product availability across channels
- Drive execution excellence to ensure programs translate into measurable business outcomes
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve business performance
- Stakeholder Management
- Confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels through meetings, reviews, and workshops
- Communicate clearly to influence decisions and drive alignment
